    * You can't buy adsense account ?
    1- Cause of different countery
    2- Google adsense no longer support change of payee name

    so who told you that you can buy adsense account ?

    Totally agree with it,
    You cant buy Adsense,
    create it by urself...., and 'SELLER' about adsense code use on ur server and same ip,
    does it allow by G00GLE ?
