    Site doesn't have traffic almost at all, it's 10 years old and it has page rank (3). However, Page Rank can drop on the next update if the seller is manipulating it with redirect techniques, though I doubt it since the domain has decent backlink profile.

    It's really your personal judgment will you in any way benefit from this particular domain, if you need it for branding or anything similar.
    Domain by itself, won't bring you any other benefit except Page Rank.
