i am looking for application (kde application preferred) which allows easy creation of 2D anime style animation (more advanced than presentation app but less than blender) by easy i mean - drawing the start and end of each scene as SVGs (or the like) and defining motion paths so the computer makes all the intermediate itself import / export to standard vector graphics formats is advantage (ie to create manga along with the anime without doing 2X the work) video rendering does not have to be realtime. but the rendered video has to be of good quality (high fps and without flickering in moving parts) Any recommendations?
