    Hi,
It is for every site you add as far as i know, because when i signed up i added my site#1 and was trying to add a product listing in site#2 when i got a mail from them saying to change the site or else make a additional payment.

Here is the part email i recieved :)

Upon initial review of your account, we have found the following issue
    (s) that may restrict your ability to accept sales:

The 2CO license is for one URL only. If you have multiple sites, you
will be required to open multiple accounts. You will receive a 19.00
discount for each additional account. What URL will you be using for
    this account?

    Thanks for the quick reply

Wow what a service, I am wondering they charge new account and they also charge 5.5% per transaction you made...

How I wish paypal will allow us here in the philippines to accept payment. Any other payment processor that I can use except 2co?

5.5% is not a biggy. I've been paying a lot more for the other payment processors I am using. Think about it as if you do not use it, how much sales you will not get ?
