I dont know what is there problem... seems so unprofessional when replying to me...

I am using them from past 2 months... now its time when i need to get paid... but they have some really ANNOYING VERIFICATION things,,,...

they are one by one asking all my customers that if they get the product they have paid for...

and look at some on customers... some said they didnt (even they get there product a month back) but just trusting them and considering me a peace of shit they held my payment................................

    whats this???

i have no words to describe 2co... i was suppose to get paid 2 weeks back...

In few days i am getting Engaged... the most important event of my life is ahead and what will i do of such money which i cant use on time when i need it??? tell me..........

I will never ever use these assholes again.......

YES... i am in very BAD mod,,,

i think i did a wrong thing that i opened a account at 2co even after hearing many many Scary stories about them.......

MY ADVICE: Never ever use 2CHECKOUT......... NEVER, NEVER... they are SCAMERS!

LATE PAYMENTS (even i dont know if they actually pay) , BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO ON TIME PAYMENTS......

    what else you need?

If you think 2checkout is bad and made you so upset then I suggest you try moneybookers and you will be suicidal. Just come down and count your blessing that you are not dealing with moneybookers. :)

I believe they contact your clients just to be certain that it is not fraud so as to be able to protect both your clients and you. You definitely do not want a charge back in the future.

I have purchased things from vendors who used 2checkout but never did receive anything to require me to confirm I bought something.

How can they be scammers if they are trying to protect both the customers and themselves and you too ?

2CO really verifies that your customers have received their items? That sounds like a really pathetic way of verifying that you're not practicing fraud. Hell, what kind of customer WOULDN'T say they didn't receive the item they purchased - that's the chance of a lifetime to get their shit for free because I bet 2CO gave them their money back.

I always here the best of the best regarding that company...
Oh well, I guess times have changed?

i've been using them for a long time also. overall very professional... but lately, i've been getting complaints from customers that they find it difficult to pay since the 2co system rejects their transactions - i suspect their fraud detection system is set to too high a threshold.

but i'll be sticking with them cause i don't think there are any better ones around (except for paypal).

for me 2CO is not too bad. I can get the money if it reach a certain amout. The only problem is the fee seems a little bit high.

I am using 2CO Since last 8 months, Once they verify that your customers have received their items, it works fine. you will regularily receive payments through ACH/Wire transfer (OR Method you selected disbursement.) thuogh as gworld suggested, you can use Moneybookers or other payment options like ccnow.

Paypal is the best. 2CO is ok since there is no better alternative.

I like 2CO when buying stuff, I promptly got $1250 back when a seller just ran off after the sale without delivering the product. Received great support, much better than I had expected or ever recieved in the past from a payment processing company.
