Is it just a rep that I got, or is all of 2checkout's service complete idiots? They don't even look into the product and tell you to piss off. When you explain the issue, they tell you to piss off again. What pricks.
I think online chat support worst! They know nothing about 2co rather than how many departments in 2co. I don't know why 2co gets newbies for customer service. Thanks Blog.
Yup, I called them and got one lame ass rep in trouble. That's what you get for being a total prick towards a customer. But e-mail support is crap. If you get your account denied, reopen the ticket and ask to speak to the manager.
