    i have register my website with 2CO merchant's account and now i have the limit amount i was put ( 300$ ) and i can withdraw now ... so my Q is how i can do and how much the time .....

    You have 2 choices Bank wire transfer and it takes long time
    and Payoneer card and its pretty fast
