    Hey i have my eyes on a book where i shall pay via 2checkout then my question is how do i ask for a refund if i dont like the book(i am being scammed before)

    you already have a refund in mind before even buying... that's not good at all for the seller. as far as I know only the seller can refund you.

    2checkout.com is a merchant, credit card processor. You can even ask the seller to refund you, or write directly to 2checkout.com.

    2CO has a refund payment option or u can ask ur cc processor and write them to get a refund..

    OR if you really think you're being scammed. Do a chargeback but it'll get your card unusable..
