2CO is crap. I've used them as a processor for PalSys in the past, and I've paid for products on other sites using them, and it has never failed to be a hassle.

I had that problem earlier. It tells me that the transaction failed but I was billed for it. The vendor was gracious enough to refund the extra I've paid.

Paypal or Moneybookers. 2CO has had it's stories of errors in payment and people losing money. Also no refunds can be made through it.

Paypal goes to great lengths to discourage the use of credit cards and Moneybookers requires all users to register before paying, right? Both of these appear to be big commerce killers.

Not being able to offer refunds is a big problem. Don't know how you could do business and not do refunds. Darn, they were first on my list of possible alternatives.

I use 2checkout as a merchant and haven't had any real issues to complain about.

...And you can issue refunds. You can cancel an order completely, or issue a partial refund

Glad you could. I bought GameSiteScript from Louis on his website and they wouldn't give me a refund. Sorry about wrong information.
