2Checkout Won't Stop Ignoring Me...

    Hello,

It's been 3 days since I asked for a Seller Refund on 2Checkout.com, and I am still waiting for a response.

They answered to me once telling me that if I want my refund I had to respond to the ticket again. I did... Several times actually since then.

Still though, no response from 2Checkout? Their support is to minimum; they don't answer e-mails or tickets.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you,
    Richard

You can try to claim to your local bank (which issue your CC) to charge back your transaction. But they will request proof of transaction, reason why you want a refund, etc. I did that once, and got my money back as a credit amount in my CC.

*I assume that you're a buyer who wants refund

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response.

Actually I am a seller. I signed up to compare them with other payment processors, and since then I can't get my money back.

    Thanks,
    Richard

Anybody else got any advice? Filing a chargeback will get my credit card unusable for a week or so if what I heard is correct.

Does anybody know an emergency contact e-mail for 2CO except for their "24/7 ticket system"?

    No, not always.

If you've good credit history in the past, I guess they wont block your card. Though, every bank has different rules.

maybe related or not, but ...

what was the issue with asking for a seller refund?

I'm considering signing up with them as an alternative payment option for my customers, still undecided and still reading mixed reviews.
