I just got my first 2checkout payment today. 2checkout reports the IP is in Morocco yet the CC is in Australia... I thought 2checkout was good at stopped fraud payments upfront? Apart from that, the status is "approved" but date paid is "not yet paid". Why is it "not yet paid"?
2checkout tries its VERY VERY BEST to keep money with them for the maximum amount of time (to get more interest on your money). After order is made, they mark it 'not yet paid' because it takes 2 days for the funds to actually transfer into 2checkout's account although it is quickly deducted from the credit card holder's account. Most of the time 2checkout delay that 'not yet paid' for 5-7 days to make sure that if you were paid on monday you dont get money in the wire of thursday but in next due wire. 2checkout is never good on fraud. Reason is simple: it does not concern them, they will get the commission and minimum $25 chargeback fine in anycase from you. Try a service like plimus which absorbs chargeback on its own and check their fraud screening. They even call customer for every order to see if it is not fraud. Reason is simple again, they loose money on fruad and cannot charge you chargeback fee. Sorry if I sound anti-2co but its all based on my 5 years with them
