    well my friend want to send me some money and he recommend me 2checkout i apply for it but they denied my app so i need some one who is using 2checkout can i talk to My Friend to send money to your 2checkout account and you can send it to my paypal ??

    Can't your friend just send it via PayPal? Maybe if you created an invoice in PayPal and he pays with his card or PP account if he has one?

    he's using debit card only how can he send money from debit to paypal :(
    ( he is not using paypal )

    If you log in to your PayPal account and create an invoice (How to create an invoice at PayPal) he should be able to pay as a guest using his debit card.

    He won't have to login or register, or at least shouldn't. This might differ depending on your country etc but worth a shot.
