2checkout Closed my account for a wrong reason :(

    we sell Dedicated servers on our website and were accepting payments from 2 checkout payment processor for almost 2-3 months all payment we also received payment everything was working fine without any issue .


    on 24 sept we received the below email that your account is closed due to (remote tech support). whereas we are not providing any remote tech support and now they close a wrong reason . we had submitted a support ticket to them but got the same reply . andy 2checkout Representative can help us please .ticket reference ticketref=7430-UPHB-6130

    Dear God Servers,

    The following notes have been added to your account.
    Please review this information and take corrective action, if needed by: as soon as possible.

    Details: During a recent review of your account it was discovered that account has been masking sales for prohibited items / services (remote tech support).

    The account is now closed.

    Due to the egregious nature of the violation, all funds will be held for a period of approximately 180 days. After approximately 180 days have commenced, the account will be reviewed for final payment.

    I had similar but with other processor also 180 i hear from others I almost thing if you are a bad evil freedom hating company you just block and keep money and profit from it, must be good for you and screw you suckers we got your money ha ha !

    Sorry I hope you get your money i think fine print is just a license for them to steal our money on a deceptive way and call it legal!

    Your account was closed for selling (prohibited file-sharing Products ). The site and services from the site are strictly prohibited with 2Checkout. Due to this violation, the account was closed.


    What what is going on first you updated us the that we are selling remote desktop services and now you are saying that we are selling some file sharing products its not clear it seems your are just closing an our without a valid reason first you says something now this .


    Request you to help on this .
