My friend just got Payoneer Master Debit card last night. Thats good news.

No, you don't need to have paypal account. You have 2Checkout and paypal payment from your sale will go to your 2checkout directly.

Whaaaat ???!!!! Guys, I simply loooove 2CO now! Outstanding! At last!

Yes, major problems with accepting funds, cause some countries like mine can pay, but can't accept till now:) hehe.

As for guys who can't even pay with, hm, probably it was already discussed.

    Once again...kudos to 2CO!

But they do charge 5.5% commission on each transaction, are they?

At least it's best possible option now. However they still need to do a lot of work, read their blog.

Price your product a little higher and you be fine. I mean if your country is not supported by Paypal then 2Checkout or Plimus would be your best bet. It is definitely better than using fake details and all those VCC trying to get your Paypal account and hoping not to be found out.

I believe in business, it is better to be honest and earn a little less but at least you can sleep at night rather than to be dishonest and make a little more and having to watch over your shoulder every single time you get payment.

With 2Checkout and Plimus, you can cash out your hard earn money but with paypal if you sign up with fake details, you may not be able to see your money.

My country is supported by Paypal and yet I still use Plimus because at least they are a lot more professional despite the higher fees, I have a better peace of mind.

The problem will be in chargebacks - when you get a chargeback you will not be able to reply to it since it will go to 2checkout account and they will just pass the loss to you.

I'm sure they have some arrangement with paypal to handle this issue.

I'm just surprised how can such this big company take this step without limited beta testing so they get feedback from merchants before they put it in action suddenly like that.

I have no experience with 2checkout but with Plimus, each transaction goes through several internal checks before it gets to their bank for processing. The internal checks would check to see if the IP address, zip code, country and phone number matches that which was entered. Then if you enable manual processing, it will allow you to vet the transaction manually yet again and you have the final say as to agree or disagree to the transaction.

The level of chargebacks when I was using the automated processing through Plimus falls to about 3 in the about 2 years I have been with them. Now I enabled the manual processing option and have not heard of any chargebacks as I have declined several transactions which seems fishy.

The thing is having control on your end which helps reduce chargebacks.

If your customer pays via PayPal to 2Co, and you accept just 2CO, then your fees would be:

5.5% + $0.45 + 3.9% + $0.30 as PayPal's fees would be passed to you as well. But something is better than nothing.

    Really ? I thought 3.9% + $0.3 will be paid by person who pay ?!!! Am I wrong ?

Ok, if not with paypal but usual credit cards which works by default...me too need to pay their fees ? I thought it will be handled by buyer or 2CO itself.

    Cause I read several times on 2CO website that all I will pay it's $0.45 + 5.5%

Since 2CO fees are higher than Paypal, they can simply pay Paypal fees to Paypal for each transaction and still make a profit, as well as Paypal cause PP are not ready for such countries like 2CO

You want 2Co to have less profit for providing a good feature(accepting PayPal)?

    Nah, they don't do that.

Handling of charge back system is much better at Paypal as compare to 2CO
So you cannot depend upon 2CO for all payments further they allow only one domain for site payments Paypal has no such limits

As the same suggest, 2Checkout is an online Checkout counter for web stores. It basically collects money on your behalf via credit cards and paypal and then pays you at the end of the month all the money collected for you minus their fees.

It is not a website to withdraw your paypal money but rather a place which helps you collect paypal funds from your customers if your country is not supported by paypal to receive funds.

Well, actually you don't ask them to transfer payments to your 2checkout account. You create an entry in 2checkout and have them pay for that item. They have the option to use their credit card or pay through Paypal. They do not need to be a member of 2checkout in order to pay you.

As for withdrawing your money, at the end of the billing cycle, they can wire transfer the money to you, send it to you by check or to the Debit Card which you can use at any ATM machine in your country to withdraw the money or use that in the stores or online to make purchases from.
