    I'm selling this site, to be honest it got deindexed in Google and I don't know how to get it back to Google SERP but it still on page one for it's main keyword in Yahoo and Bing so it got traffic from there.
    If you could get it back to Google SERP I'm pretty sure it will increase more revenue.
    AdSense has been stable because this site were online since 2008.

    so you are selling a site that make 15$/month in adsense and has almost 180 unique visitors a month for 150$ ... it's kind of too expensive
