hmm it can be possible but the CTR is to high.you need more traffic ... if not you will get banned . In the paste i used Google adsense and i had a forex trading blog, i used to get 1.50$ - 2.50$ per click.. good business

Honestly the CPC doesn't surprise me if you have a good niche. But the CTR does seem kinda high which makes me think its fake, or you might be laying your ads out in a improper method to get accidental clicks.
