Correct, placing AdSense on proxied pages is considered to be the same as placing AdSense on framed pages (not your own content) and is not allowed by Google.
You're not targetting your keywords correctly. Try looking up some higher paying keyword (ie. not proxies), write about them on your page, and you'll find that your earnings will go up.
My proxy has the same income some days, like 15 clicks and 30 cents earned, then some other days it's 4 clicks and $5 earned....
It sounds like the clicks come from the same IP addresses (maybe 2 or 3 of them). When this happens, you can see such a kind of rates, before being warned.

Nah.. it's better than your first post. Maybe visitors clicked the second ad bar and the 4th link (so, you earn from the lowest ads).
