    This is a site that I bought a few months ago but didn't put any work into. It gets about 200 unique a month but the site isn't properly monetised so hasn't made any money yet.

    The content is 100% unique and is very high quality. It includes a very good review of the product Phen375 which is a high converting product from Moreniche.

    The theme is a clean, attractive premium magazine theme that looks very professional.

    Site is listed for $97 and it's worth at least that for the content alone however I'm open to offers as I just want to sell it.
