Register on all the websites with your new username, password and email address.

you will get an email verification then login with details that you used at the time of registering.

use the option "Submit a new story" to submit your website link to each bookmarking websites.

fill all the need full details correctly with correct tags, finally submit it that's all. (new page will be created with the submitted details)

you will get traffic when user comes to your pages, to get more user tag should be relevant and title should be small and appropriate.

submit as many url as possible of an website. but on a website 1 url able submit only once.
