Today I logged into my PPP account and wanted to take some opportunities..
I found that they are only 27 opportunities available and some of them are posted by PPP.
It seems that they aren't many people use their service these days, how do you think about it?

I think that's because ReviewMe pays more. Besides ReviewMe and TLA are under the same roof.

Review Me pay more to publishers it means they charge more from advertisers, therefore PPP should have more opportunity as they charge less from advertiser.

When I first heard about PPP it had a lot of $10+ opportunities. I recently visited my account there again and I was shocked to find that most opportunities now only fetch ~$5. This in a few months. I wonder what things will be like in a year or so. Perhaps $2 per post will be the norm.

Not to mention, there's lots of high profile blogger promoting ReviewMe rather than PPP. There's also the 25k giveaway.
