    hello ;
    last week I have got 263 hops in CB account , but I have got only 1 sell with 23.5 $ earning !!! , I think it's better to use google adsense because my earning is about 0.2$/click * 263 = 52.6 $ .
    Do you agree with me .
    thank you .

    Not every visitor would click the adsense and even if they did there is no guarantee the same amount for every click.

    If your traffic is being sent by PPC then it would look more like an arbitrage site and Google don't always look to kindly on those types of sites.

    If your traffic is organic you may look at the product to see if it is suitable to the type of traffic you are getting (check the referrer logs on your server and see what actual keywords are being used to send traffic and see if the product is suitable for that traffic).

    Not really I think it all depends.

    Was all the hops only for 1 niche or spread out over several different CB products? Sometimes I notice the quality of traffic changes, I've had months where 1 CB product converted like mad and then the next month with the same traffic it didn't, this just happens..

    The way I go about working is to set myself goals..for example if you find you can get a niche to make even just 100/month..and you want to improve on it set yourself a goal..perhaps next month might be 150/month or perhaps your next goal might be to find 5 other niches that'll do the same volume..

    I find if I do not set goals I'm not pushing myself to improve on my efforts, and I get lazy and my conversions then show for it. By setting goals, ones that I know I can obtain..if all your making is 100/month on one niche it's impractical to set yourself a 5000/month goal..make it obtainable, forget about the number of hops that means crap really..If I spent all my day worrying about my hops, that would be a waste of my time when in that same time I could have written 5 articles, made a lander, created a new ppc campaign etc etc, something that develops results..

    For example 1 niche I have did 1700 last month, so I set a goal for myself to hit 3000 this month but guess what..it's not looking like I will, does this mean the niche is sh&t no..it just means I need to discover other avenues to step in front of traffic..and continue striving.

    You might get 5 sales out of your next 260 hops. I think you need to try it for a little longer.

    i almost guarantee that for the amount of traffic you had to generate those hops you would have made perhaps $2 - $3 from adsense ... chances are your click-through to clickbank is much higher than any click-through would be on adsence ... based on my experiences anyway

    you are much better off with clickbank and such

    Seems like you're not using a landing page. That's why - you're just getting stray clicks on ads probably. Untargeted, me thinks.

    Comparing Clickbank to AdSense doesn't really make much sense. They are entirely different beasts. AdSense may very well be the better choice if you are just placing ads on a blog that isn't really selling anything in particular. But if you are really trying to SELL then CB is a much better option.

    Don`t worry I had 2000 hops with 2 sales.. if someone doesn`t believe it I have a solid proof ;)

    Rely on PPC traffic as well as it will convert a lot better..

    If you're using PPC for traffic, try to improve your landing page. If your traffic is organic, just compare between Adsense and clickbank then choose the best.
