Look at the first site in my sig. It has over 100 pages of content. It is poorly organised and not very well designed but Google recognises 256 pages according to DP´s keyword tool. Much of it is old stuff that I´ve never got round to updating but those old pages still bring in stray traffic. I could waffle on an on and add another couple of hundred pages if I only had the time.

Nice article. I thought it was amusing the 15k page size limit. lol...I can barely get my pages under 100k now. I do remember though when 10-15k was considered standard. That article was 2002 and my first site was 98.

That was one of the first articles I read when I started my (1st and hopefully not last) site - I printed it off and have it pinned to the wall next to me. I thought then I'd never ever get 100 pages! I'm nowhere near 15,000 visitors yet but hopefully one day...

e10 - I love your site. When I was a kid, we used to go to Tenerife every year. Just read your article about cockroaches - OMG what memories it brought back!!

    Thank you TMP :)

I am no where near 15k a day and seriously wouldn´t expect to ever get there. Still I pass that per month and it still knocks my socks off that so many people visit my site. More would always be good though.

This makes it pretty obvious why some content-article directories are so busy.

I think that for experienced webmasters the info is probably just a reiteration of what they already know, but even a guy who has been doing this for a couple of years should revisit the basics every once in a while.

This article got my wheels going a while back and I don't see any reason why following it to the letter will not yield results.

There's a little more in there than just "Content is King" - things like internal link structure are important and sometimes are not obvious to people.

Honestly, I wish more people would throw up info about their strategies and the results of those strategies.
