    Gotta say scam. I'm warning everyone to stay away. Look at the facts:
    Claiming 2500/month in revenue. If you are serious about selling a website, you know that you'll need to provide revenue stats, traffic stats etc, the more proof the better. Why withhold stats? Why withhold URL?

    That's what made me cautious, but here's the kicker: If you don't make 2k in a month, he'll buy it back from you? Does this seller not want money? This is so ridiculous please no one fall for this junk.

    site has been sold, I withheld the url and stats due to it being a BH site to protect the winning bidder, would you buy a BH site that has been posted everywhere? If you said yes I say you sir are the dumb ass. I provided all stats requested via PM, did you ever request any before you talk this shit? nope, but you are quick to come here and say these things. It sold for far less than I had anticipated but thats how it goes sometimes...I am a man of my word and sold it at no reserve anyway. The buyer will be happy and will make their money back within a week.
