The players in my Contest will win $25 every week, plus the grand prize of $250. I do not see the comparison here. The Pacman King can win over $550 in prizes.
Your point is taken, accept your entry fee amounts to gambling, so your players are losing money. Its not really an entry fee, its the POT.
Wrong again, Diex. If only one player registers, we still have to award the weekly prize. When you have a pot the players win a percentage of the pot and the prize is set based on the number of players. Skill Gaming is definitely not gambling. When you gamble there are fixed odds and you either beat the odds or lose to the odds. In this contest the best Pacman player wins. He makes no bets. He uses his skills to best other players and is awarded for doing so. All our contest require subscription. But members who subscribe can enter as many contests as they want. We will launch new contests every month as soon as we find the sponsors. This month will also be launching a Solitaire contest.
Maybe if you actually gave away money you would get a response, but you are effectively scheming an advertising campaign by getting people to pay $5 to sign-up and fill their own pot. Nice attempt, but rework your "Contest" as this is the contests forum and people expect to win something not get fooled into believing false promises.
