I am selling this site for two reasons. Time and money. Thus far I am pleased with the way this site is performing. Its a relatively new website and with very little effort it has already delivered some sales. However, to take it to $1000+/month in revenue, I would need to spend more time. Right now, my hands are full with developing other websites and doing special web projects and focusing on my college studies. I debated with myself as to whether I wanted to sell WebFlippa.com as this is one of the niches that just has not been fully realized and has exceptional upside potential. Too many websites out there do not focus enough on quality in both appearance, content and interaction with the visitor. These are all important components if one wishes for their website to grow. I enjoy the the challenge of finding a niche and making a quality website that can make money. With so much to juggle already, I will let someone else run with it. So you are getting a good deal....not just a 1 page website splash that is just an autoblog. But a well conceived, researched, and executed website that deals with an area that more and more people are interested in getting involved in.

REVENUE DETAILS

Webflippa.com came right out of the gate fast. I am making most of the income from what I consider the best hosting service plan (FatCow) and a clickbank product called Flip Mastery. These affiliate programs are easy to integrate. I have also included the SEO Book product and a nice GoDaddy domain discount coupon. You make revenue off of this as well. Adsense will also throw off revenue. Your cash cows will be FatCow and Flip Mastery. With this niche, there are also several other products you could choose to integrate within the site. Take a careful look at the site. As you can see, I took great care to meld all of the affiliate content naturally into the web content themes. There is a lot of upside here as your traffic builds and you develop a loyal following. For higher revenue streams, employ some solid SEO, back linking, social networking, and get creative with outside web activities and you will be well rewarded.



Currently I am getting a steady flow of traffic but as I explained, the website is still in its infancy and has substantial opportunity for growth. Green and growing.

Sorry for late reply as I have been away from PC. I am presently in discussions with Flippa. Since I encourage my customer traffic to visit Flippa, we have a mutually beneficial relationship in that regard. They have no problem with the website and its content. After discussions with Flippa and to avoid any appearance of infringement of their brand, Flippa suggested I rename the website. It will be called WebFlipNow. The domain will be webflipnow.com. I am presently changing the website over. I am also in discussions with Flippa regarding an affiliate program they plan to start. As you can see, my website would be an ideal fit for that program. I will update the buyer on that status at the appropriate time. This would be the 6th monetization method.
