$250 Logo Contest PeopleRipple.com deadline 7/25/08 11:59pm EST

We need a new look/feel for our website Peopleripple.com. We are starting this with a $250 Logo Contest today here on digitalpoint. I require a vector image and list of fonts used. Winner will be paid via paypal. Contest start today and runs until Friday July 25th 2008 @ 11:59 pm eastern time. I will go over the entries with them on the weekend and announce and pay the winner on Monday.

Use whatever color scheme you feel is best, nothing on the website is set in stone yet. Basically it is social networking tools for real life interactions/events. The goal of the site is to have fun and make a difference in the world. Events, challenges and rewards/prizes will be used to accomplish this goal.

PeopleRipple.com as a Person

PR has an eclectic but well put-together style. Trendy accented with some vintage elements. Stylish. Comfortable. Self-assured. Exudes confidence. When PR walks into a room, people notice. PR walks by with a genuine, infectious smile and gives warm hugs to friends and even strangers. PR has a seasoned messenger bag containing a work-in-progress novel, sketchpad, compass, Bert's Bees lip balm, Ogranic Power Bar, mp3 player with wide sampling of various genres, and a digital SLR. PR's shoes are worn and brandish dirt from many continents and a few dried splashes of beer. PR eats Kashi cereal for breakfast and rides an old Vespa around town. PR works 9 to 5 and often takes work home. PR gets the job done and always delivers above and beyond expectations. PR meets friends for happy hour and then dinner. But more often, PR hosts dinner for friends – exotic recipes, well-matched wines, served with stories from his adventurous travels. PR recycles, reuses and wants to do more to help the environment. PR gives blood regularly and has a rescue puppy, named Bandit. PR hangs out with friends at the cafe and is not shy about approaching people and making new friends. I am trying to figure out your specification. I have to admit that it is not easy. So here is my try. Basicly, I make this to be flexible. It use percentage of color (so it could be any color to be applied).

Just a little note, katesrobyn's and tickey's have stood out to Peopleripple. They like the togetherness in the image with the name. Simple, scalable, both do/would look good black and white.

katesrobyn if you could use a different color then the yellow person at the top.
