$250 Homepage/Subpage Design Contest -Winner is contracted for up to $1,000 more work

Here is my first Review.
I would Animate the "Our Promise" Banner and make a nice Rollover with fading effect at the 8 Main Content Boxes.
I think that would fit well. Looking forward for your Feedback.

Things left to do:
- Color selection (finishing) - Current color is not nice yet since I focus in the structure first.
- Refine dummy contents
- Rounded web 2.0 buttons
- Footer (finishing)

xhanch - there seems to be way to much animation in this design, and nowhere to put actual static content ?

fenzo - a bit better, but still nowhere to enter static content on the website?

fxresolute - I am floored. your design is by far the best in all aspects. I am sold on your entry.

I will give the contest another 3 hours to be fair, and end it today.

Actually there is a large place to put your static contents, the height of the slider below the flash banner is dynamic. You can put a long paragraph, images, videos in every single tab. I'll finish my design soon
