    I know what you mean about the text being out of line, but I'll leave it for now since it's something that will be have to be changed when making it into a functional layout anyway. I haven't used the full size registration image since it's quite large. This is where I'm at right now, but I'll carry on playing around with banner ideas.

    Aion, could you tell me the name of the font you used in the header for the second "unofficial" line. I can't find an identical font.

    JSDesign: I really like the new header design, it looks great. Could you maybe add the site tagline underneath "Dead Island". The tag line is "Unofficial Dead Island News and Community"

    The registration image is better, but I feel it cuts out a bit too much for it to look really good. ( its a bit hard to actually see the background, the text is also a little hard to read ).

    Here's a different version:

    1. Font size reduced.
    2. Header designed.
    3. Added a bloody touch to the forum area.
    4. Removed 2nd logo.

    If you still don't like what I did with the top area, let me know. Why not put a "featured" box up there instead of registration image? The featured box can show news, newly released patches, etc.

    When a user logs in, the area where login box and intro text is placed will be replaced with User CP (links or a mod, whichever you use).

    I've added the tagline. Is it alright if I leave the registration section as it is for now, as the fullsize image could easily be added if you chose to make it into a full layout, whereas currently I'd have to move all the font layers down to fit a larger image in.

    r4fay94: Wow this design is a lot better then the last one. I really like it a lot. Only 1 change needed, could you remove the search bar and just replace it with the text "Search".

    (The reason I didn't put login box up in the header because it's sort of very traditional among forum designs, take a ride to google and you will understand. I wanted to dedicate the whole area to the header because it kinds of deserves it).

    incomebiz: I like the header of the design. However the red background feels a bit too overpowering and doesn't flow too nicely with the rest of the design. There's a bit too much red in it.
