Thanks for sharing. Again there are more lists for create free websites at places like webs.com, create free wiki at wikispaces, PBwiki, etc. and more. May be you can create a list in places like Scrobl.com and listfoo.com and share the list URL. Then you can add and delete the blog URLs from the list

 

Thank you for the list, but most of them has been modified and you can't create blogs on them anymore.. Anyone refined this list?
