$25 Simple, Cool Logo - 48 Hour Contest - Immediate Paypal Payment

Need a simple, cool logo for
web 2.0 type site.

The name is: Floppable

It's a golf site and for
the logo I'm thinking a golf
ball with Floppable and the
Number 1 on it with Floppable
Next To It.

This golf ball could be on grass. Primary
colors for design is shades of green
and white.

Also, if you can make it look cool, it could
possibly have a golf club (wedge) with an
open face (to hit a flop shot) with the
shaft fading out towards the top.

That's cool looking logo hits.
I'm going more trendy/real world look though.

How about trying a golf ball (stock photo of one)
and putting the word Floppable and 1 on it
like you see here:

Then put Floppable in Dark Green in a cool text to the right?

Hey Logohits,

This looks great!

A few touches:
1) To the right where it says "floppable" can we please capitalize the F so it's "Floppable." Love the cool text you chose here.

2) For the golf ball, we need to put the "1" under the "Floppable." Also, I like that text but wonder if there's any others that are a bit easier to read. This one you have is good though.

3) Finally, and this may not look great but it looks cool in my mind, if we could put a golf club that looks like the one below to the left of the ball so that it's barely touching the bottom that could look amazingly awesome.

Estra:I want a bit more modern trendy look than this. I also want the grass to be under the ball if anything and want it to look more like a photo. I like what you've done so far though.

Falloutvic: Sweet! I'd like to capitalize the F in Floppable and see how that looks. Also, I'd like to see the text you've used and put "Everything You Love About Golf" under it in the smaller black text you have there.

I could very well award multiple winners for this contest these entries are so well done - if so each winner would get $25!

Great work so far, getting close to choosing the winners.

Have feedback here for all designers:

T.J. - you have the right idea except I want a more realistic look with a real club and real ball. Also, please do not put the ball on a tee, just have it on the ground.

LogoHits - Looking great!!! Love the new text on the golf ball. Let's put the text next to the golf ball back to the way it was on your earlier version (uncapitalized). As for the club, we need the club to be hitting the ball from the left side so the face (side with grooves) will be facing the ball. I hope that makes sense. Also, please look at the sample picture carefully - it's essential the face of the club is almost parallel to the ground (this would be like a wedge - technical term).

Logosdino - Definitely like the classier look in entry 1 rather than entry 2. need the club to be a wedge though not a driver... Good looking design though.

Dante - Please take off the green outline on the ball, and make the ball look realistic (real ball with realistic shadow). I really really like your design this looks great. Let's also make the text on the ball a little more readable and make the 1 a little smaller (just a tad bit). Thank you for this design - it's awesome and I look forward to your next edit. Shadow bit is cool just need to make it look real.

Falloutvic - Your first entry is the one to work with - second one doesn't look as cool. Can we make the font on the ball a bit more readable? Thanks. Also, I'd like to keep entry 1 design the way it is (except for easier readable golf ball) and just capitalize the F. Stoked about your design here it's in line to be one of the winners.

Thank you for your awesome designs. In general, if you can incorporate all 3 elements, golf ball, club, and floppable your design will have a better chance of winning.
