    Hi all,

    I am looking for a logo for a new rental management software (rentlar.com). Feel free to check it out.

    A bit of info:

    RentLar makes it easy to manage your tenants, your rental payments, your maintenance, your inspections and most importantly your finances. It has a powerful law bundle which enables landlords to easily 'drag and drop' previously tedious law controlled things with simple info messages and contract/letter generation.

    Lar is either a monkey, or in ancient Rome a group of deity of family or family prosperity.

    1st place $25
    2nd place $10
    3rd place $5

    Contest will finish 3 days from the day of this post.

    Just to be transparent, I will own the top 3 logos once each person has been paid.

    Extra points for illustrator.

    We are after something simple and new that we can re-factor to be an app icon, the favicon, or the title of the site.

    Great effort with this one,

    However we think this is a bit outdated for what we are after right now!

    You are in 3rd place so far.

    Awesome effort with this mate!

    We love the font you use, and the blue. The font definitely in this is the best so far.

    At the moment id say you are in 2nd place.

    This one so far is the best,

    We love the icon the most, would be nice to have the R integrated into the icon somehow. The font isnt really what we are after here either. Awesome job!

    Currently I think you are in first place.

    Remember the contest is still going! Keep it up!

    Simtropolis dont be angry because im dont copyed im just inspirated for this. When you copy something its mean 100% same, but look my design im just inspirated about it.

    UPDATES:

    We still like the original one better, however your icon is great. You are in second at the moment.

    We love this, however the buildings on the right of the icon are too small (look a bit odd) and we dont like it in circle. 3rd place.

    First place thus far is an entry given by pm from the user 'puttu' which is a simple elegant house embedded around the R.

    The contest will finish in 6 hours.
