Seriously, everyone had to do it. It's great because it cuts down on the amount of spam. We wouldn't want people with 1 posts to be making threads everyday that could easily be spam and scams.

I used to think 25 posts was hard to get for getting into the BST section, now I post 25 times a day. :p (a little over exaggerated.) ;)

I'll be honest, if this thread wasnt always replied I'd be at below 12 posts for another year. Not all of us sit around posting in forums.
I do read alot though. And mostly purchase from sales threads in these type of forums.

How bout we talk about creative ideas to make the marketing portion of the forum more accessable to the public who come across it through search engines ? Think of the exposure your wasting. some nice sales come through SE. Imagine moneybags wants a little site made, willing to pay 3-10k with all the bells and whistles, and passes by because he doesnt have time to play with sundaybrew and his friends.

Not all of us whine either. In your first post, you state you don't have enough time to post 25 posts yet, you have the time to post 25 times because you don't like the restrictions.

Get over it, everyone has to do it, just finish up your last 6 posts and post your thread.

you make a very good point. It's 25 posts, not 25 threads.

Subscribe to a few threads and actually participate. Don't just post once and leave, when you participate the 25 is nothing. I'm sure there are some threads where I have 25 posts in that thread alone.

Agreed. When I made that "The REAL Secret to getting rich" thread, I had 30 posts in there I think.

I've just found someone who seems like a good coder (i'll know soon enough). I found him at another forum just like this. Talking to him on the phone as I type this. The other forum has similar restrictions, like they all do. but I happened to have more posts there and wasnt delayed in making my request.

You know, I coulda made a post like this and even within a 300 word post I could have said a big pile of whinning (as you call it). In that 300 words of whinning a smart reply might have emphasized on any positive aspect in the initial post. I think I see why some of you have so much time to comment now.

    No offence to anyone.

yes, thats the trend. as you can see the amount of posts in what looks like a year of membership. I'll be back.

    Doesn't matter. :p

If you've found your coder Jack, I don't really think you want to post here anymore.

Really, we've all explained why the 25 post limit is great for the community and it's not going to change. There's no point in arguing anymore.

I'm not posting in an attempt to get to 25.

Would have been nice to see some ideas for a good solution to capture non-members of the forum who come here to simply purchase or hire out. All the surfers who get here through search engine results like myself, people who dont bother to sign up and make 25 posts.

Aside from the bashing and calling me a whinner, there is a positive side that can be captured here.

    You sure.....

This is one hell of a point you are trying to make.......

But hey, the bright side is you only have 4 more to go........

    Oh.....And I can predict your 26th post...btw

    26th post = " I have 25 posts and been a member for 14 days, why can't I use b/s/t"

Before you make that pointless thread / post

The answer is it takes a few for the cron job's to update

i read that already sundaybrew. And it wasnt deep within a pile of links. up to two hours to be specific.

And my 26th post wont be looking to hire anyone. I've found someone while I was involved in this thread from another forum with the same venue. Even if I didnt find somebody I wouldnt have brought myself to that, there are many sources out there for such work to be done. I got here through a search term in google, dp placed high for it and the search led me here as stated in one of my earlier replies.

If anytime a mod here feels im attempting to build my post score up I would not be offended if they manually scored me back to 1 post even. I mean that. I'm being replied to and feel a need to comment back. I've tried a few times to edit an above post with mention of commenting below post but I cant do that all the time.
