Here is my entry. I tried tried to make it look a little like a flip flop while still retaining the cupcake look. Let me know if you would like anything to be changed.
@herospy: My client likes your logo the most so far but also asked to make a version of her old logo but more polished and touched-up so that she can compare which one will be better so please make another logo based on the old one only more polished/touched-up! Thanks!

No, it's supposed to look like the original logo (this one: http://www.flickr.com/photos/43522653@N08/5766905576/) only touched-up and more polished! Same thing, only much better looking basically!
Okay, how is this? This is just a flat color version (the lines can be any color you want). This is a colored version.
