$25 paypal creditcard for $20 paypal balance.

    Hi,

    I have to pay this guy on paypal, be for some reason he can't accept my paypal payment when I don't have it in balance. So, here is the thing.. I will transfer $25 to you, and you will pay me $20.

    If you are a trusted member (high post count and itrader) I can pay you first. If not, I would want you to pay me first..
