    Go to kodak.com and click Contact Us. Then go into support and for Cameras then to chat support. Tell them that your camera is broken. Use Model Number MD853 EasyShare. Tell them you cannot find the serial number/it is obscured. Then they will say you can pay $60 to have it shipped or buy a new one at 25% off.

    Yes it does. My camera was broken and they just said that to me since I told them my warranty was expired.
