I like that layout. Not sure what the middle is maybe a "symbol" but I like it...Good work.

 

Thanks, I was just going for a little abstract flow (It's actual a bunch of abstract electrical bolts) to give the feeling of movement or electrical surge in that element in the center you refer to & to add as a filler so there isn't too much empty space. I felt the end result came out feeling balanced, clean, authoritative, & brandable, which is a good thing

 

Let me change one thing up on this.....Take out the word
"National"
