$25 logo.. Needs to be 300 DPI with fonts/PSD files

I need a better logo for http://www.rsstechnet.com. The current logo is very grainy and i don't think fits the page well enough.

I want a very sharp web 2.0 logo.

I want the image large enough that i could possible print it on stickers or shirts.

300 DPI and please include fonts with PSD file.

PLEASE don't use copyrighted fonts or images.
