Contest $25 Logo Design for Headway101

Hello!

I'm looking to get a new logo designed for a redesign of my website. The logo can have two possible color schemes. The first would be to follow the colors of my website (http://headway101.com) OR to follow the colors of http://headwaythemes.com.

The logo needs to have the words Headway101 and some sort of small graphic that indicates "basics, learning, improving," or something like that. Preferably a symbol that could be used for avatars & favicons.

RESTRICTIONS

• MUST be a .ai or .psd file, preferrably layered
• NO drop-shadows, embossing, or reflections
• MUST be a large enough size to scale down. At least 130px in height.

I really like the way the http://www.smashingmagazine.com/ and http://teenbusinessforum.com logos look. Something that condenses the logo into a small symbol. The acceptable abbreviation is HW101.
