dmitri, I don't really care for it. I can't describe what else I want to see, but maybe something based more on my original design.
With a little imagination, the icon forms the initials AHM. No matter what you choose, I believe you might be best off with sans serif fonts, something clean and crisp reflecting analytical thinking and creativity at the same time.
