I need a logo done for a children's consignment company called "Kidsmax".

Because this is a business that deals with children, the logo needs to be colorful, appealing to moms/parents, and easy to read, other than that feel free to use your imagination and create something cool and great-looking please!

Here is a sample of the feel I would want for this logo as well as another logo that I like:
