This is a contest to create a new real estate company logo. The actual name of the company has not been decided on yet, however the general image and theme has been decided on. We would like the primary theme to be Patriotic America or the American Dream. We want the image and symbol to look new and innovative and to be an icon of the new America in real estate. The colors should include a combination of red, white, and blue, with grey or silver as another possible color. We would like people to know it is a real estate company by seeing the logo, but it does not necessarily need to have the image of a house in it as a requirement. The logo must also need to be able to be recognizable in black and white as well. Blending the United States colors, symbols, and ideals with symbols and elements from the real estate industry, this logo should be able to stand out amongst the thousands of competitors with the feel of being newer, bigger, and better. We want to be the innovators and have an image to back it up.
