Hi, I need someone to make a logo for me. Let's make this a little contest. Here's what I would like to have: 1) Text to use: ProjectW3 2) Tagline: Expert Content 3) I like it to be on a white background, XP-styled. Something that gives a plastic feel. 4) Use a globe/earth How to mix and match the above requirements is completely up to the designer's skill and creativity. Post your entries in this thread. Contest is open for 7 days from the date of this thread. I reserve the right to close this contest if I see something that I like and declare the entry a winner. Payment will be made via paypal. Can you please tell me what size? Also is it possible for you to show the site so I can make the colours accordingly?
Logo should be visible in a 100 x 100 box. It can rectangular, square, I leave it to the designer. As for colors, just as long as it's xp styled as described above, it's fine. The site is not ready yet. I have the intention of using the logo repeatedly on my future projects.
Hi Jamess, Thanks for your entry. Here are my comments. When I resize the logo to 120 x 100, I can't see the texts "expert content". The globe looks ok, though I prefer the globe to be blue color, coz that makes it easier to match many other colors. Also, the banner could use some gradient/emboss (plastiky), so that it kind of blends in or match with the globe color. The font and color for "projectw3" doesn't look right. I don't know, maybe some design guru can comment on this. Hoping to see more entries
