    The B graphic with the swash going up is meant to represent power and action and the top of the swash represents a human reaching out pleasantly and positively to others.

    Your second idea is nice to hear but the logo isn't explaining it well. It was minimal. The logo with two graphics was a bit too complicated.

    You guys need to get a little more creative here. I am sure that the "S" can stand for something Significant in a visual sense. Make it something superwomenizing. Otherwise... who would want to wear some lame badge?
