Contest $25 Logo Contest - More Jobs Up For Grabs

Mate you're using a same winning design you made last time for a contest. hope the thread owner like the idea of using a design which is already in use.

Colours wise, I like it! Very fresh and vibrant!
However, the symbol and the font do not kind of suit the 'professional & web2.0' look & feel I'm after.
I had a look at your designs in other contests, I think you can come up with design much better than what you have here. Maybe you can use the similar logo concept you used on the 'play roulette' logo contest in the other thread, with the colours you have here and a graphic of 'directory of directories' as part of the logo element.

Hi thanks for the effort to do this one. Looks pretty good, but doesn't quite suit my taste, perhaps the colours is not quite right and the book image is a bit too much.

Guys, I was just browsing the internet, and got this in mind, please see attached image.
It is of course just a very basic mock up I made by myself, but at least it shows the sort of image/illustration element that I was talking about. So guys, please avoid using real photo/image of folder, books, etc as part of the logo element.

Guys, I'll finish this off and announce the winner in the next 6 - 8 hours or so.

So far, the winning design are as follow:

1. Dakouten
2. HugoDorfling
3. delusionweb (the design concept last posted before this post)

Some clues you can use for further refinement of your design concepts:
1. Use same colour on the text 'Directory' and the first folder image, and the 'of' can be in a less stand-out colour i.e. greyish
2. Use same colour on the text 'Directories' and the sub-folders image
3. Please note that it doesn't have to be in blue and grey, see ideosmil's first logo concept for example, it's fresh vibrant and exciting

Hi everyone,

First of all, my apology about the delay. I now would like to announce that ideosmil third design as quoted below is the winner of this contest.

It was a tough decision though, as these guys came very close (*in particular order):
