Thanks TightWad and m3l1ssh4 for the heads up. However, I don't mind if people use stock art. I just don't want it to be rip-off from someone else's website.

Your client might, as Shutterstock's Terms of Use states they cannot be re-used as Logo's.

    FEEDBACK

@shinan: Thanks, no more changes needed. Will pass your design on to the client

@TightWad: Your logo is interesting, I have turned away several designs because the babies were to basic. You have a similar issue but by having the boy/girl (blue/pink) approach I actually think you over come this problem. I don't have any recommendations. I will pass your design on and see if the client agrees with me.

@m3l1ssh4: Out of all your designs I like tinybaby2S.png and tinybaby2SFD2.png. No more changes, will get feedback from client.

@otakatun: Thanks for making the changes. However, I think I prefer your other baby than to this one. I really like the layout and colors of the logo, but will need for you to try another baby to be considered. Thanks for your persistent efforts.

a4hire: I like the text a lot, but not a fan of any of the babies.

    CLARIFICATION

Thanks TightWad. I did check Shutterstock's Stock Photo Licensing Terms and you are correct.

It states, "YOU MAY NOT: Use any Image (in whole or in part) as a trademark, service mark, logo, or other indication of origin, or as part thereof , or to otherwise endorse or imply the endorsement of any goods and/or services."

I will talk to -Sr.KoiNdseR off-thread concerning his/her submission, but I thought it was good for everyone else to be aware of this. Thanks. ~Paul
