Contest $25 Logo Contest (48 Hours)

My client would like to take her existing logo and make it have a new Dr Seuss theme. A copy of her original logo is posted below. Use the same face neck and hair but make her look like the cat and the hat. I've included a picture of the cat and the hat below. She wants the signature bow tie and striped hat. Also instead of the bat bull and dragon she would like those replaced by original images of Dr. Seuss characters. The one she has requested to have is horton the elephant. I've put a picture of him below. She would like several other Dr. Suess characters as well. I've put an example of several together around the words Dr. Seuss. This is going to be put onto a post card and used for marketing. She wants Imagine Learn Grow taken off the bottom and across the top in curved writing she would like

Besides that she is fine with what ever is already there but is open to change.

• The winner will need to provide the logo in psd or vector (preferably both, but not required)

@pehulz Thanks for the entry but those are a straight copy and paste from the demo I showed you. That is not going to work for my client because she doesn't have rights to the art work.

@pehulz sorry I wasn't clear enough. The reason I doubled the pay was because the creatures around the logo can't be copied. They can be similar but my client does not own rights to those images. The first one was fine, we need to keep the book. The image got squished though which made her head look strange. Thanks for your submission.

Sorry I'm usually much quicker but I had to talk to my client, these were her comments.

@pehulz She likes the red paw prints and she also likes her tux jacket. She doesn't like the whiskers on her face, she likes contestant 's hat much better. She definitely wants to keep the book but didn't like how you made her face skinnier from the logo. She also wasn't crazy about the elephant's feet maybe we could hide those behind something? She said you changed the elephant a little to much but if you go a little in between the two, that would be spot on. She said the other animal was perfect though.

@contestant She loves your hat and the layout of the logo. She didn't like how you changed the color of her face. She really loved the hat but wanted it lower down on her head. She likes how you did your wording up above the picture. She didn't like the suit that you had her wearing she likes the way pehulz's has his with the black. She likes the red circle much better like pehulz's. She had a lot of comments for the characters around. First off she said the dragons breath coming out of the character on the right didn't really fit. she also didn't like how the yellow ones were on one side and the grey ones were on another. She didn't like the character on the top left she would rather have the lorax. That's the one that is not the elephant in pehulz's submission. The characters are very similar and she's not sure they are different enough not to be in trouble with copyright.

These are huge improvements though thanks for the entries, they are looking nice.

@pehulz My client likes where you are going she commented
That she loves the hat and my face, tie and jacket now. The Lorax looks good now but she Would like a bigger smile on the elephant, but it looks much better. She likes the words in your second entry the best. except, she would be interested to see what it would look like if you move it up over the image like contestant 's entry. She suggested trying something like a yellow star with a happy jumping fish in the middle of it (Like in one fish, two fish, red fish book and the star out of the sneetches) to take place where the hat was in the middle of the words before. She is not crazy about that last idea but would be really curious to see it. She was hoping to see a bigger red circle like his second entry was or at least have it feel bigger.
She is curious of what the paw prints would look like in black. She was thinking either black or not at all. She was hoping to have the characters eyes looking out, not at the book also she was hoping to add the small words at the bottom back in.
She's getting very excited about the results. She said you have been really good and is impressed with the changes. She is also open to suggestions. Great work.
