$25 Logo Contest - 36 hours - Feedbacks given

Hi,

I'm starting a ecommerce website and am in need of a logo.

Site Name: Dazly
Selling: Smoking Paraphernalia (bongs, pipes, bubblers, etc...)

Logo should:

• be web 2.0ish, brandable
• match the look and feel of the site (see mock-up)
• NOT include dot com

Contest to end at 5:00 PM, 2/6/09, and I will choose a winner by then. I reserve the right to extend the contest if no suitable entries have been submitted.

I like the overlay on the logo, but I don't like the font face. I also like the idea of the flowing weeds/smoke, but the pipe looks too much like a golf club.

Thank you for reminding me. Our tagline is, "blown for your mind" Please include it with the logo design.

I'm sorry but I don't think this logo is representative of the site. Do you think you can submit another one?

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for your submissions, but the pipes used in some logo designs are wooden pipes, which we are not selling. We are selling hand-blown glass pipes, but you don't necessarily have to include a pipe in the logo.

@Pixobox, I like the other one you did for me a lot more. Maybe it's the pipe and the font in this one. Do you think you can submit a new one for me?

@TheAge, I like your logo, particularly the way you did the Y. Could you remove the smoke and the gripping hand? Also, would you be able to add something to make it "pop"? I want the logo to be impressive.

@JM, I like the integration of the pipe and to the Y, but the pipe is of the wrong type. Also, the smoke is a bit too much, and the tagline is on its own. I would like the everything to be enclosed within a rectangle.

@Creations4You, I also like your logo, and the tagline fits nicely beneath the name. Could you remove the pipe and maybe change the font for Dazly?

@Tyrael, the logo is too plain and I don't know if the graphic would go well with our site. It reminds me of a molecule in chemistry.

@jokomamamita, the pipe is of the wrong type, and can you make yours "pop" for me?

@MantisArt, I like your design, but the pipe is of the wrong type. Do you have any other fonts that might go well with your logo?

I'm sorry but due to some unforeseen business issues, I will not be able to move forward with this project. I have begun the process of canceling my hosting account for dazly.
