Hey guys, This competition EXPIRES IN 48 HOURS and is for: - Website logo - Facebook header The website is www.melbshuffle.com and the current logo can be seen there. The site focuses on electronic music and dancing to it. I have chosen a new theme for the website here: http://www.jpr62.com/demos/index.php?theme=50 The logo MUST be tailored to the new theme! Previous logos have featured speakers, headphones and dancers/ravers (think glowsticks and flare pants). Doesn't have to include this though, just has to be clean and fit in with the theme. I cannot promise that anyone will win - if I'm not happy with any I will not pay. Please PM me attempts. Payment will be made via Paypal. Thank you.
@good designer: Sorry but, as I said, think electronic music dancing and ravers (e.g. glowsticks) - gymnastics and guitars is WAY off. Appreciate the effort. @coolwanz: I like the design but I would like to see it in context - i.e. can you stick it in front of the template I provided? @d4nt0: The musical notes make it seem too classical and the font is very 'perky' - maybe include a subwoofer and change the front to be a little more 'grunge'. Thanks all!
@good designer: Not too sure if pink is the way to go. Maybe change it to blue/green? Also, maybe some more hardcore font without stacking (i.e. one line).
@good designer: better, might want to play around with the font and colours @coolwanz: It looks both generic and like you're designing for a business. This is a forum for people who like electronic music and the logo looks a little like a cat. I would probably use it for a webdesign company though. @umxca: I like it, best so far. Might want to play around with the background for the fb image a little. Instead of the production control panel, maybe an image of Australia or a crowd of people at an electronic music gig? Love the design though. @Vicky786: Sorry but the 'M' doesn't look right and the font is way too formal and multicoloured. Just doesn't suit the electronic scene. @frikusha: Kind of copied umxca. That said, maybe try the logo in green and red. @ighy: I actually like this. Can you play around with the colours? Maybe red and blue? Add in a speaker/speakers somewhere? Just looks like it's missing something. @ariif: Don't bother posting back, you can't even pay enough attention to get the name right.
