Contest $25 Logo and Header contest...

    I need a logo and header for SkinClinics(dot)com. SkinClinics(dot)com will be a directory of Skin Clinics across the United states.

    I need the contest participants to design a logo and put that logo on a header.

    I need the header to be in jpeg or png format and I need the header to be 1000 pixals wide and 250 pixals tall.

    On the header I want the logo, a related image (something that matches the idea of SkinClinics(dot)com and the phrase "All the Best Skin Clinics, All in one Place".

    Winner will be paid via paypal after they have completed the final design.

    This contest will remain open until I find a design that I like.

    This is my favorite so far. In order to win however I would like to see "Skin Clinics" made into some type of logo, not just text.

    Go ahead and put the first text sample together with the first logo sample to form a logo image on the header.

    I think that you are the winner, but I need to see the logo on the header first.
