They pay by check or direct deposit. As far as how it works they have you paste a code on your site and every day a new list of real free samples, free online sweepstakes, or health bargains (depending on which code you choose) will appear where you paste the code. Then any of the advertising revenues generated from within the feed are split 50% between ReadySite.com and the owner of the site the feed is on. Thats pretty good considering most content feeds like that only give webmasters about 10%.
